Tattvavid Pact is established by legal professionals Diksha and Vrinda, who came together with a shared commitment to deliver reliable legal consulting services.
Their professional association developed into a strong partnership grounded in mutual respect, shared values, and a commitment to delivering reliable and thoughtful legal work.
With more than a decade of combined experience in legal research, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal advisory, they established a legal consulting practice focused on providing practical and accessible legal support to businesses and professionals. Diksha leads the practice as founder, bringing clear strategic direction and leadership, while Vrinda contributes as an with careful legal analysis and collaborative insight.
The name “Tattvavid Pact” is inspired by the Sanskrit term “Tattvavid” meaning “knower of truth.” It shows the firm’s emphasis on clarity and principled legal guidance in every engagement.
What We Do
We provide jurisdiction-specific legal drafting and documentation services to startups, founders, small businesses, and in-house legal teams.
Our work includes contract drafting, contract review, preparing pleadings, corporate and compliance documents (including, but not limited to, compliance policies and regulatory documentation)that keep business operations on the right side of the law.

We regularly prepare service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, employment contracts, shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, vendor agreements, master service agreements, and other commercial contracts used in day-to-day business transactions.
We manage the full document lifecycle, from drafting through execution, using professional tools like Adobe Sign for electronic signatures and digital workflow platforms used for contract preparation, review cycles, and document execution.

Our Founder
Diksha A. Faterpekar is the founder of Tattvavid pact and an Advocate based in India. She holds an LL.B. (Hons.) and an LL.M. in Criminal Law and Criminology from Goa University. Her work covers litigation, contract drafting, intellectual property matters, and legal compliance. She has appeared before Civil Courts, District Courts, Consumer Courts, Fast Track Courts, the Human Rights Commission, and the Revenue Tribunal. Her work includes drafting pleadings such as petitions, complaints, plaints, appeals, and applications across civil, criminal, commercial, arbitration, banking, electricity, customs, SARFAESI, education, and tax matters.
In her 13 years of practice, she has worked with founders, business owners, and companies on contract drafting, company formation, and regulatory filings. Her work includes preparing commercial agreements such as master service agreements, investment agreements, partnership arrangements, and technology contracts including software development and platform development agreements. She also prepares employment documentation and media and entertainment agreements for artists, producers, and management arrangements.
Her intellectual property work includes handling trademark opposition matters, verification of IP records through USPTO and EUIPO databases, and addressing DMCA-related claims. She also conducts property title searches, legal vetting, and due diligence in relation to transactions and business acquisitions.
In addition, she assists clients with company incorporation procedures, compliance filings, and preparation of legal documentation required for corporate and commercial activities.
