We provide jurisdiction-specific legal drafting and documentation services to startups, founders, small businesses, and in-house legal teams.
Our work includes contract drafting, contract review, preparing pleadings, corporate and compliance documents (including, but not limited to, compliance policies and regulatory documentation)that keep business operations on the right side of the law.
We support clients in India, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Europe, and Australia. New Zealand and Singapore, including Indian companies expanding into international markets. Having in-house counsel, external legal consultant, and paralegal support experience, we understand how business documentation, compliance requirements, and cross-border contractual arrangements work in practice, not just on paper.
We regularly prepare service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, employment contracts, shareholder agreements, subscription agreements, vendor agreements, master service agreements, and other commercial contracts used in day-to-day business transactions.
We manage the full document lifecycle, from drafting through execution, using professional tools like Adobe Sign for electronic signatures and digital workflow platforms used for contract preparation, review cycles, and document execution.
Our work proceeds through careful review of commercial objectives, regulatory requirements, and the language used in written agreements. The drafting process focuses on contractual language, business rationale, and consistent legal terminology under the relevant jurisdiction, particularly in matters concerning commercial contracts, corporate documentation, compliance policies, and cross-border agreements.
The objective is to prepare written legal instruments that correspond with the legal requirements of the applicable jurisdiction and the commercial purpose for which the document is prepared.

At Tattvavid pact, contract drafting and review covers the preparation and examination of enforceable agreements that record commercial terms between parties and comply with the applicable law of the relevant jurisdiction. Work covers commercial contracts, service agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, employment contracts, consultancy agreements, and NDAs used in business transactions. Special attention goes to payment terms, limitation of liability, termination clauses, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property ownership, dispute resolution, and governing law since these provisions determine what each party is actually bound by.

Tattvavid pact provides drafting and advisory services covering data protection compliance, privacy documentation, and digital platform policies required under modern data protection law. The work involves reviewing how organisations collect and process personal data, preparing compliant documentation, and ensuring written policies accurately show the requirements of applicable legislation.

Tattvavid pact provides due diligence support for investors, startups, and companies entering commercial transactions. The review covers corporate incorporation documents, shareholder records, board resolutions, employment contracts, intellectual property ownership records, and material commercial contracts. Regulatory filings and statutory compliance records are examined to determine whether the company has met applicable corporate and regulatory requirements. This work helps investors, founders, and acquiring companies assess the legal condition of a business before executing share purchase agreements, investment agreements, or merger transactions. It identifies contractual liabilities, regulatory non-compliance, unresolved disputes, and documentation challenges that need to be addressed before a transaction closes.

Trademark law allows businesses to secure exclusive rights over brand names, logos, slogans, and product identifiers used in commerce. Registration under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 in India allows the proprietor to prevent unauthorised use of identical or confusingly similar marks in the same class of goods or services. Copyright law protects original literary works, artistic works, digital content, website content, and software code, giving the author rights over reproduction, distribution, and adaptation. Work in this area covers trademark availability searches, preparing trademark applications, drafting intellectual property agreements, and documenting ownership rights in creative works and commercial branding.

Tattvavid pact provides legal support covering startup compliance, business registration, and corporate documentation required during the formation stage of a company. Documentation prepared at this stage commonly includes founder agreements, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, intellectual property assignment agreements, and vendor contracts. Businesses seeking external investment need documentation that records ownership structure, capital contributions, and shareholder rights in a form investors can rely on.

Tattvavid pact provides corporate consulting services to businesses that need ongoing legal support for commercial operations and regulatory compliance. Work includes drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, vendor agreements, employment documentation, confidentiality agreements, and internal corporate policies used in day-to-day business. The team also assists with corporate governance documentation, regulatory compliance review, and examination of contractual obligations. Businesses involved in international transactions may need review of cross-border service agreements, international commercial contracts, and jurisdiction-specific requirements applicable to overseas operations.
